Important Payment Notes (Read Before Sending)

• Amount must be exact: uCards confirms your payment by matching the exact deposit amount. If the amount is off, the payment may not be confirmed automatically.
• Network must match: If the system shows a TRC20 address (starting with T), you must send via TRC20. Sending on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds.
• Do not send directly from an exchange: Some exchanges restrict transfers to personal addresses or delay withdrawal processing. We recommend first withdrawing to your personal wallet, then sending from your wallet to uCards.
• Keep your transaction record: If anything goes wrong, the transaction hash (TxID) is the key to tracking and resolving the issue.
